CNC Machinist Trainee is responsible for learning CNC machine setup, operation, and safe machining practices under the guidance of experienced machinists. This position is ideal for individuals looking to start or transition into a skilled trade. Trainees will assist with part inspection, basic setups, and machine operation while progressively developing programming and machining skills.
Will train on CNC mills and lathes; no prior CNC experience required
- Ability to work with supervision while developing independent skills
- Strong attention to quality, safety, and detail
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to meet production timelines
- Basic math skills (geometry and algebra) required
- Open to candidates with little or no machining experience
- First-shift position (Monday–Friday, no nights)
CNC Machinist is responsible for complete CNC machine setup, programming, operation, maintenance, and safety. This position requires performing multiple setups per day, including adjusting tooling, offsets, and fixtures as needed. While machines are running, the machinist is expected to prepare tooling and setups for upcoming operations to minimize machine downtime.
CNC programming and setup experience required
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and assist with training others
- Strong attention to quality, safety, and AS9100/ISO requirements
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and ability to meet production timelines
- Open to candidates with 5+ years of CNC machining experience
- First-shift position (Monday–Friday, no nights)
CNC Machinist / EDM Operator is responsible for complete Wire EDM programming, machine setup, operation, maintenance, and safety. This position may require multiple setups per day, including adjusting programs, fixturing, electrodes, wire, and offsets as needed. While machines are running, the operator is expected to prepare tooling, electrodes, and setups for upcoming operations to minimize machine downtime.
- EDM programming and setup experience preferred (training available for the right candidate)
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and direction
- Strong attention to quality, safety, and AS9100/ISO requirements
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and ability to meet production timelines
- Open to candidates with various levels of EDM experience
- First-shift position (Monday–Friday, no nights)
Janitor is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout the facility to support production, office, and inspection operations. This role helps ensure a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
- Clean production floors, offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas
- Empty trash, recycling, and scrap containers
- Clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces and employee areas
- Restock janitorial and restroom supplies
- Perform light cleaning of machinery and coolant areas as required
- Report unsafe conditions, needed repairs, or supply shortages
- Follow all safety procedures and use proper PPE
Qualifications
- Janitorial or custodial experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks
- Physically able to lift up to 40 lbs and perform standing, bending, and walking
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Full-time position, schedule approved by management
Project Engineer is responsible for supporting product development and manufacturing through CAD/3D modeling, reverse engineering, and project engineering activities. This role serves as a key technical resource for customers and internal teams, supporting job routing, fixture design, material planning, and production execution.
- Collaborate with customer engineering teams throughout product development
- Provide technical support to shop personnel and project teams
- Develop job routings, BOMs, and material requirements within the ERP system
- Design fixtures and detail components from customer models
- Perform reverse engineering for parts without existing documentation
- Support sourcing, vendor evaluation, and material delivery coordination
- Work in both office and shop-floor environments as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or 5+ years of relevant project engineering/mechanical design experience
- Proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD modeling
- Experience with AutoCAD, KeyCreator, and Mastercam preferred
- Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
- CNC machining experience a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
