CNC Mills

CNC Mills (Computer Numerical Control Mills) are key to RTC’s production work. With a wide variety of VMC and HMC machines at our disposal, we are capable of milling, drilling, contouring and diesinking almost any material. Combined with the versatility of our machines, our experienced CNC Mill staff has the knowledge and ability to manufacture almost any high quality, precision, build to print part.

Capabilities:

Pieces 84” × 32” × 30”, 3, 4, and 5 Axis (HMC & VMC)
Small and large production runs up to 50,000 units
Materials: mild steels, alloys, aluminum alloys, stainless steel alloys, tool steels, non ferrous alloys, plastics and exotic metals.
Keeping tolerances up to ±0.0005”
